CVI2D Toolkit: A chlorinated vapor intrusion screening tool for 2-D soil gas concentration profiles in heterogeneous soils

This excel spreadsheet tool can be used to estimate two-dimensional soil contaminant gas concentration profiles in heterogeneous soils, such as are encountered in layered soil scenarios or those in which vertical soil moisture content variations are important.

Version: 1.2.3 (July 2018).

Release notes:

Version 1.2.3: In version 1.2.2 it was not possibile to modify the length of x axis (corrected in this new version) .

Version 1.2.2: Some small bugs related to the layers discretization were corrected.

Version 1.2.1: Some small bugs corrected.

Version 1.2: With this new version it is possibile to calculate the RBSL for the vapor intrusion pathway and compare the field results with the 1-D profiles predicted by the model.

Version 1.1: In this new version the tool allows to account for the maximum diffusive emission rate of VOCs from the source.
